LaCAL is an action learning program conducted on the work site focusing on actual job-specific learning needs, teambuilding and identification of team concerns. It may last from a few weeks to several months, depending on requirements. It was designed for organizations whose special operating conditions do not permit employees like sales representatives to take time off to attend conventional developmental activities. To take part, employees do not have to devote more than 2-3 hours per week. A real winner!
