Our Philosophy

As the growth potential of the Industrial Age is coming to an end, technological advances, automation and intense competition - especially from developing countries - make "services" the primary area that can provide growth potential to business firms in the third millennium

We believe that every organization needs to constantly market what it has to offer: goods, services, ideas or people. We see a need for continuous improvement and we believe that unless there is measurement, improvement is a subjective issue.

When consulting to facilitate the marketing of products, we focus on the third product level, known as “the augmented product,” consisting of distribution and timely delivery, proper installation in excellent working condition, iron-clad warranties and ideal after sales service. Our guiding principle is prompt total customer satisfaction, since dissatisfaction with customer service is the leading reason for customer loss. Today’s customers expect to get Total Quality products and services. Providing ideal customer service is not easy, but it provides an opportunity to excel.

We believe that organizational survival requires that managers adopt and maintain a proactive approach to running their business. A proactive approach demands the ability and willingness to track “where they are” with respect to key business factors.

Proactive management stays in touch with their customers, operations, employees, suppliers, market conditions and financial conditions enabling managers to strategically respond to change, rather than react to it.

In view of the rapid changes taking place worldwide, to keep our consultants up to date with cutting-edge knowledge, skills and instrumentation we have established the American Center for Synolic Human Resource Development Studies as a research and development Division. In cooperation with the Barratt consulting firm of London it has pioneered the “synolic” approach to Human Resource Development which guides our training and development efforts.

We subscribe to the highest ethics standards for consultants as laid down in the US Institute of Management Consultants Code of Ethics.

Our Mission

Our mission is to assist our clients’ efforts to improve their profitability through an increase in their overall levels of performance, aimed at meeting or exceeding today’s and tomorrow’s benchmarks.

Client Relationships

The quality of our work is measured by the success of our clients.  We are expanding the scope of our work to include engagements with a broader range of business issues thus working with client companies in greater depth over longer periods of time.

Trends indicate that more consultants are involved beyond the report or assessment, moving into the design and implementation of interventions.  So, if desired by a client, we welcome opportunities to work closely as members of our client’s overall team, since we do not regard ourselves as “hands off” consultants.  In such cases, clients view us as a valuable business resource, because we can provide practical tools and application strategies at minimum cost.

By forming and maintaining close working relationships built upon mutual respect, trust and rapport, we are able to facilitate our clients so that they may see their positions objectively and implement needed changes.

Frequently our efforts parallel and/or complement the activities of a client’s in-house staff, outside accountants, consultants and legal advisors.  That way, our role and our approach support the work of other professionals and programs.

The Critical Difference

To remain successful today, companies have to overcome recessions, bad market conditions, product changes, technological changes, executive turnover and competitive pressures.

We strive to provide our clients with extra services such as

*            Addressing issues comprehensively to improve quality, productivity and profitability

*            Providing accurate “real time” performance information

*            Offering good value when compared to similar services available through major consulting firms

*            Providing solutions which are efficient to implement and easy to understand

*            Effectively bringing people together as teams to make changes and improvements

*            Providing a personal touch
